Thiago Menezes

Thiago Menezes is a highly accomplished coach and former professional player from São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo, Brazil. He turned professional at 18 with Paraná Club in Brazil’s top league and enjoyed an 11-year career playing internationally in Argentina, Luxembourg, and Malta. Thiago also represented the Brazilian national futsal team for two seasons, showcasing his elite technical ability and tactical awareness.

As a coach, he holds a UEFA Pro Licence and has led youth teams in Brazil to multiple championship titles. His coaching journey includes time with the Barcelona FCBEscola in Vancouver, where he was responsible for high-performance player development.

At ICSF Columbus FC, Thiago serves as Head Coach of the Development program for players U11-U13, overseeing the club’s player development pathways and leading advanced training programs. Known for his ability to mentor and elevate young athletes, he brings a global perspective and a proven track record to every team he works with.
