Anthoni Pasqua

Anthoni Pasqua is a lifelong member of the ICSF community with deep roots in the club, beginning as a youth player in the 1980s and returning as a parent and coach in 2012. Over the years, he has worn many hats, including coach, manager, age group coordinator, and club director, with all three of his sons proudly playing for ICSF.

As Early Kickers Head Coach at ICSF Columbus FC, Anthoni leads the club’s youngest players in what is often their very first introduction to soccer. He understands how vital this experience is in shaping a child’s confidence, love of the game, and enjoyment of physical activity. Anthoni is committed to creating a fun, supportive, and foundational environment that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and positive experiences. He will also lead and mentor a young coaching staff, helping them build their skills and grow as leaders within the program.

He holds a Canada Soccer C Diploma – Trained certification and has completed all Canada Soccer grassroots coaching certifications, reflecting his dedication to age-appropriate development and best practices in youth coaching. He is passionate about helping children build a lifelong love of the game.
